My Bio

Having loved drawing and art since I was young, tattooing seemed to find me rather than me finding it. As a young kid I never knew one day I would be a tattoo artist and now this has become my lifestyle. Up to my second year in university, I thought I was going to be a mathematician/computer specialist, until I went for my first tattoo from Eric Santamu. A bulb in me lit up and at that moment I knew what I would be a tattoo artist and everything else seemed second tier in my line of priorities.

It took some convincing to get my mum and dad on board. But after nagging them for a few months, my dad conceded and gave me start-up capital. I started tattoos when I was 20 years old while still in campus. I remember when I got my tattoo kit, my room mate and I were so excited that I drew my him a tattoo without any formal training. And as it turns out we are now in business together.

In the months that followed, I drew about five 10 tattoos using myself as practicing canvas. This came at a price, since one of my first tattoos turned out to be a scar. No regrets though, anything worthwhile always comes with a price tag attached. And thus, the beginning of an exciting career began.

I would like to thank everyone that supported me. My family was the greatest. My mum for being there for me through thick and thin; my dad for being my inspiration and supporting me financially; my brothers, sisters and cousins; blood is always thicker than water. Twin/Christine party animal. My best friends bryo, roba, ngure, allan for trusting me to tattoo them with minimal training and everyone else who put me on. I could mention all of you by name, but why spoil the mystery. Love you all.
